Others *Matt. 25:31-46

What we do for others we do unto the Lord God.
44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’
45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

Thank You

Lord, thank you for this day
It makes me what to say
Thank you
for all you do
for me
day and night
You make bright
You give me hope
more than just to cope
I feel so happy
I feel so free
The joy You give me
everyone does see
I have a song
all day long
in my heart
right from the start
It so blesses me
I do thank Thee

God Will… *Eze. 34

Woe to shepherds: They did not take care of the flock, bind up injured, strengthen the weak, heal sick, bring back strays, search for the lost. They ruled harshly and brutally. The sheep scattered and shepherds did not look for the lost sheep. Shepherds are responsible for the flock.
God will: search for the lost, gather, rescue, tend and feed. God will give rest, heal sick and injured, strengthen the weak, tend the flock with justice, judge, save from enemy, plunder, and give peace.
The Lord God of Israel will be their God and they will know Him. They will then be secure, not enslaved, live in safety and not be afraid. Wow! What a gracious God He is!

Better Than

Do you want to know why
the Lord is better than a guy?
The Lord is always there
He saves us from despair.
My prayers He does heed
whenever there is a need.
I can go to Him day or night
He is my bright, burning light.
He can touch me where no one else can
there is no one, not one man.
His love for me is great
for me He does patiently wait.
He always helps me along
not pointing to where I’m wrong.
His gentle, guiding hand
enables me to securely stand.
He comforts my soul
making me feel whole.
He wants me to know
with me He will always go.
He takes me by the hand
and leads me through the land.
He wants me to know
He loves me so.
Only God can wipe my tears
take and disperse all my fears.
He guards over my health
and to me imparts wealth.
I could go on and on until I drop
but that doesn’t mean He’d stop.
He continually gives me support
My enemies’ plans He does thwart.
He is my protection
In Him, I have resurrection.
My Lord more than supplies
He’s way better than guys

I hope everyone knows
that our clothes
are like filthy rags
especially when one brags.
We think we are so good
and there we stood
with our noses in the air
feeling good how we fare.
But then we did see
when Thee Almighty
opened our eyes
much to our surprise.
We were dirty and torn
something to scorn.
O what were we thinking
we sure are stinking.
It is only by His grace
that we are in this place
for He is the only One
who can get the job done.
Have you not discovered
it’s His blood that has covered
making us clean
so we can be seen.
Now come before His Throne
for we are not on our own
No longer in our rags
looking like awful hags.
Jesus is the One
who gets the job done
He is our cleansing power
in Him we can tower.
In Him, we beat the odds
giving way to no other gods.
In Jesus we are seen
that makes us quite clean.

Though I was impaired
my life God has spared.
He saved me from the fire
considered me to hire.
He gave me a crown
I won’t let Him down.
I thought I was marred
and worked extra hard,
but He just looked down at me
my Atonement He could see.
I am as clean as clean can be
which makes me so very happy.
He always puts a smile on my face
I am walking in His grace
faithfulness and mercy also
are with me wherever I go.

Follow *Matt. 16:24

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.
The words are plain and simple. Following Jesus just means that we have to deny those things that would take us away from obeying His words. Following Him means we need to know where He is leading, so you have to get to know Him. It is very clear in the Holy Bible what it means to follow Jesus. How can you follow if you don’t spend time with Him and learn His way?
