God’s people are to walk by faith and not by sight. The road ahead for the people of God looked worse than dismal with no relief in sight; unbearable. No faith in God. No trust in the leader God raised up to help them. By sight everything looked like death row – a painful death ahead. But God calls His people to walk by faith not by what they see or even understand. Walking by faith means we don’t understand what or why “things” are happening, but God knows and that’s all that really matters.
We always want all the answers, however that is not what faith is. We are called to walk by faith and not by sight – easy to know, but not always easy to apply.
